Overview
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you enable customers to integrate Entrust's identity and security solutions into their platforms. You will work with large, strategic customers within the Implementation & Technical Services team to design, implement, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations via Entrust APIs and SDKs. You act as a trusted technical advisor from kickoff to go-live, solving complex technical challenges and ensuring successful delivery. You will collaborate across Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to drive outcomes and enablement. Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding and implementation engagements for Entrust's services packages
- Advise customers through design, integration, testing, deployment, and go-live
- Collaborate with customer engineering teams to review approaches, troubleshoot, and resolve challenges
- Provide hands-on guidance for REST API, mobile SDK, and web SDK integrations
- Analyze logs and API traffic to identify root causes and accelerate resolution
- Recommend best practices for performance, scalability, security, and maintainability
- Lead technical workshops, reviews, and troubleshooting with stakeholders
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure success
- Manage multiple engagements concurrently while maintaining delivery standards and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to evolving implementation methodologies and enablement resources
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team
Key requirements
- 7+ years in systems integration, software engineering, professional services, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SDK integrations, authentication protocols, and modern cloud-based SaaS architectures
- Hands-on development experience with Kotlin and Swift; able to troubleshoot mobile integrations using Android Studio and Xcode
- Proven ability to work with customer engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and guide resolution
- Experience leading enterprise implementations through onboarding, testing, deployment, and go-live with multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of mobile and web integration concepts including API consumption, SDKs, data handling, and authentication workflows
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills; able to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
