As a Sales Rep for Commercial Accounts, you will take full ownership of expanding Entrust’s footprint across the United Kingdom. This is a highly entrepreneurial role focused entirely on net-new business acquisition. You will play a pivotal role in every phase of the sales cycle—listening, analyzing, and deeply understanding the unique challenges of our potential customers.
By mastering consultative selling, you will build compelling business cases that drive rapid internal alignment and decision-making for our prospects. You are the quarterback of the deal; working alongside a world-class cross-functional team, you will orchestrate smooth follow-ups, navigate complex negotiations, and close new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Actively detect, analyze, and prospect new markets to identify and attract future customers across the UK.
- Master Consultative Selling: Engage with prospects to diagnose their pain points, articulate value, and build robust business cases that accelerate the decision-making process.
- Lead the Deal Cycle: Take full ownership of the sales process from initial outreach to final settlement and closing.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Mobilize internal experts (Product, Support, IT, Legal, Compliance, and Management) to ensure a seamless buying experience for your prospects.
- Network & Expand: Establish strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders across various industries, expanding Entrust’s brand presence in the region.
What We’re Looking For:
- Location & Education: Based in the UK, holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, and fully fluent in written and spoken English.
- Industry Experience: A proven track record selling within the IT or SaaS sectors.
- Sales Track Record: At least 3 years of international sales experience, preferably within a B2B environment, with a demonstrable history of hunting new logos and closing deals.
- Communication & Credibility: Ability to navigate and communicate effectively across diverse organizations (from agile SMEs to large Enterprises) and confidently engage with C-level and senior stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A curious, enthusiastic explorer who thrives in an autonomous environment and easily establishes long-term business relationships.
