Associate Revenue Operations Analyst
Entrust is seeking a highly motivated Associate Revenue Operations (RevOps) Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for analytical, detail-oriented individuals looking to build a career in data-driven GTM strategy, pipeline analytics, and revenue optimization.
Role
You will work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales, SDRs, Customer Success, and Product Marketing to translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable pipeline impact and improve business performance. The role focuses on two key areas: Demand Generation Strategy & Operations, and GTM Strategy & Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and analyze campaign performance against pipeline and conversion targets.
- Identify optimization opportunities across targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Monitor funnel performance (MQL - AEQL - Closed Won) and highlight bottlenecks.
- Partner with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead follow‑up and conversion.
- Deliver regular insights and recommendations to drive pipeline growth.
- Analyze win/loss data and customer feedback to identify trends.
- Support GTM trials and surface key friction points.
- Monitor retention and expansion trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Maintain data quality across CRM and reporting systems.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Foundational experience via internships, coursework, or academic projects.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas).
- High attention to detail and data integrity.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to present insights clearly.
- Right to work in the UK.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales funnel metrics.
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Interest in SaaS, cybersecurity, identity, or payments.
