Senior Renewal Managers are key members of the Customer Success organization and core to the retention strategy here at Onfido. This is a highly visible and high-impact role where you will be instrumental in securing the long-term success of our strategic customer base. This is a hybrid role that requires you to be in our London office 3 days per week.
Experience: 5+ years of renewals management, sales, customer success, or customer-focused account management experience, preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of Identity Verification, Enterprise SaaS applications, or Enterprise Technology Services.
Communication: Strong oral and written English communication skills.
