Responsibilities
- Manage and improve our existing infrastructure.
- Help build the next generation of our platform.
- Streamline and automate our deployment processes.
- Work closely with our Security team to stay on top of potential threats/patches.
- Provide tools and guidance to our engineers and product teams to improve overall scalability, stability and reliability.
- Share knowledge and experience to support the growth of our engineering team.
Qualifications
- Production experience with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Good working knowledge of Terraform, Helm, Docker and Git.
- Familiarity with supporting production applications in the cloud.
- Experience with monitoring tools, frameworks and processes.
- Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Programming experience in Python.
- Good grasp of networking and security concepts/methodologies.
- Linux systems administration experience.
Nice to Have
- Scripting experience (Python, Bash).
- Working knowledge of GitLab CI, Ansible and Packer.
- Splunk operational knowledge.
- Strong interest or experience with containerization and automation.
