This summer, you’ll be embedded with one of the UK’s largest and most-loved retailers, creating high-impact video content that millions will see.

Location: Hybrid (Bloomsbury Square office Tue/Wed/Thu, WFH Mon/Fri)

As a start-up that's going places, we're looking to expand our creative department. We need a Graduate/Junior Motion Graphic Designer who loves working across a wide range of integrated capabilities, including video content, social, print, and outdoor.

Be great at this stuff:

  • Platform Versatile: Comfortable designing for everything from TikTok 9:16s to OOH screens.
  • Motion Foundations: A solid understanding of the principles of animation (easing, timing, and weight).
  • Collaborative Execution: Working effectively to a design brief by contributing ideas and presenting finalised concepts by the deadline.
  • Creative Bravery: Thinking creatively to push boundaries while still respecting brand guidelines.
  • Social Savvy: An understanding of how content lives and breathes on social media.

Show you have this stuff:

  • Technical Toolkit: Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
  • Design Fundamentals: A sharp eye for typography, layout, colour, and grid structures.
  • The Right Attitude: Being open, flexible, and ready to hit the ground running.
  • (BIG PLUS) Camera Skills: If you have experience filming or know your way around a camera setup, shout about it. We do a lot of our own capturing, and having those skills is a massive advantage.
