We are growing, so we are looking for a graduate with a natural flair for words and a curiosity for why people engage with content and ads. Someone who wants to sharpen their creative voice while learning how paid media makes those ideas travel further and work harder.

You will work across our creative and performance teams to help build campaigns that look great, read well, and deliver results. You will be doing things like:

  • Writing for social, web, email and ads, adapting tone to suit different audiences and placements
  • Helping to develop ideas inspired by culture, trends and behavioural insights
  • Working with designers and strategists to take concepts from draft to delivery
  • Learning how to set up, run and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and Google
  • Using insight and data to improve performance, not just reach
  • Keeping an eye on what is trending and finding smart ways for brands to join in
  • Owning tasks and taking initiative, because everyone here makes an impact

You will thrive here if you:

  • Have some experience writing, whether through uni, internships, freelance or passion projects
  • Understand the basics of good copy, and feel confident explaining your decisions
  • Are curious about advertising and want to build performance skills from the ground up
  • Care about detail and are happy proofreading your own work
  • Love learning, experimenting and adapting in a fast-moving environment
  • Have any writing examples or side projects, we would love to see them
