The Senior Delivery Manager will serve a strategic role, responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects on time and within scope. This role involves driving the delivery framework, managing complex dependencies, mitigating risks, and providing visibility and accountability to stakeholders. The Senior Delivery Manager will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior leadership to align on goals and ensure smooth execution of cross‑functional initiatives.
Your day‑to‑day:
- Define, implement, and continuously refine the delivery framework to support high‑quality, timely project outcomes;
- Ensure alignment of delivery practices with organizational strategy and objectives;
- Foster a culture of excellence in delivery, setting standards for quality, transparency, and accountability;
- Proactively identify, manage, and resolve cross‑team dependencies to ensure seamless execution of initiatives;
- Maintain a comprehensive risk register, tracking potential risks and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place;
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders and escalation point, providing clear updates on delivery performance and timelines.
Your background and mindset:
- Experience in iGaming is a Must;
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful project delivery;
- Expertise in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and delivery best practices;
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing complex cross‑functional teams and dependencies;
- Exceptional problem‑solving and organizational abilities, with attention to detail;
- Significant experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other process management systems.
