The Role
We are seeking a highly capable Fund Finance Associate to join our growing Finance team.
This role sits at the centre of the firm’s investment platform and will run the operational and financial oversight of our investment vehicles globally. Working closely with Portfolio Investment, Legal and Compliance teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running, reporting and scaling of our funds and related entities.
The role combines technical fund finance expertise with operational ownership and strategic exposure. You will oversee core fund operations, valuations, portfolio reporting, capital activity and investor servicing, while helping to design scalable processes and structures to support the continued growth of the platform.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their experience across fund finance, investment operations and strategic projects within a fast-paced private markets environment. The role offers significant autonomy and senior stakeholder exposure.

Requirements
You’ll likely be a recently qualified ACA or equivalent qualified accountant and you’ll have previous experience within a fund accounting setting. Beyond that, you’ll be curious, rigourous and will possess extremely high professional standards. Beyond that, we’d like to see the following strengths and skills:
  • Strong understanding of fund operations, financial reporting and investment structures.
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel or Google Sheets capability.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and autonomy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Able to balance technical accuracy with commercial pragmatism and sound judgement.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward continuous improvement and process optimisation.
Experience with private markets fund structures, portfolio valuation methodologies or complex investment instruments would be advantageous, but is not essential.
