The Role

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst to join our growing finance team. This role is primarily focused on day-to-day financial operations (BAU), ensuring the smooth running of core finance processes across the business. Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll also have access to study support and will have the opportunity to support on ad hoc projects, gaining exposure to a wide range of finance activities in a fast-paced, international environment. This is an ideal entry-level role for a recent graduate or someone early in their career looking to build a strong foundation in in-house finance.

Requirements

  • Required
    • A recent graduate or early-career professional (no prior in-house finance experience required)
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
    • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
    • Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
    • A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
    • Good communication skills and a collaborative approach
    • A shared belief that start ups can shape the future, bringing positive impact across communities
  • Nice to Have (but not essential)
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles
    • Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
