- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
- Exposure to finance tools or systems
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations (Core BAU): Processing supplier payments and managing payment runs, managing employee expenses and ensuring policy compliance, supporting cash management and monitoring cash positions, assisting with bank reconciliations and month-end close processes
- Support & Projects: Assisting with process improvements and finance system enhancements, supporting ad hoc financial analysis and reporting, contributing to wider team projects as needed
What You’ll Get
- Competitive salary of £32k
- Discretionary, performance related cash bonus paid twice annually
- Study support for accounting qualification - most likely CIMA
- Hands-on experience across core finance operations
- Exposure to a high-growth, global business
- The opportunity to learn from an experienced finance team (all ACA/CA qualified)
- A strong foundation for a long-term career in finance
- Generous holidays: in addition to 23 days holiday plus local national holidays, we also close the office down for two weeks over Christmas and New Year - this works out to ~30 days of paid holiday incl. bank holidays per year; and enhanced maternity and paternity pay, plus broader leave policies. We care about our team and enabling the right balance between home and working life.
