The Bridge is a residency in San Francisco for exceptional non‑US founders at the very beginning of their journey. The goal is to help them lay the strongest possible foundations for a generational company in the most competitive startup ecosystem in the world. Over 8 weeks, founders move from zero to a co‑founder, a market, and real traction. They live and build together, surrounded by high‑potential founders. The best teams pitch for a $250k investment and go on to raise from top U.S. funds like Sequoia, Founders Fund, a16z, Benchmark, and Index.

Your job is to make sure the right people hear about The Bridge and feel inspired. You create content that resonates, shoot and edit video, write copy, grow our X and LinkedIn presence, and decide which ideas to push. At its best, this role becomes the soul and possibly the face of The Bridge.

What You’ll Do

  • Help build marketing and content strategy
  • Plan and produce weekly content aligned with strategy
  • Shoot and edit short and mid‑form video
  • Grow X and LinkedIn accounts
  • Document activity inside the residency—people, energy, milestones, guests
  • Follow founders and the team in San Francisco and sometimes Europe to document what they’re building
  • Primarily work in video, creating supporting assets such as photos, simple graphics, thumbnails, copy and titles

  • Agency & hustle—operate like a founder with vision, drive, and execution skills
  • Creativity & taste—generate strong ideas that grow and resonate with top founders
  • Strong social growth instincts, preferably in X, with proven account growth
  • Video production skills—shooting and editing, any tool is fine as long as you can learn
  • Fast learner—capacity to quickly master new tools and processes
  • Startup/tech world understanding—mindset, respect for building, and interest in the tech world

What You’ll Get

  • Salary: $80,000 – 120,000, dependent on experience + performance bonus
