The predicted salary is between 13 - 16 £ per hour.
PolyAI automates customer service through lifelike voice assistants that let customers lead a conversation. Our voice assistants make it possible for businesses to deliver outstanding customer service that rivals their human agents. Our customers, which include the world’s leading logos, are expanding how they use our platform, driving automation of critical customer service operations and integrating PolyAI into their daily customer service workflows.
This will be on a part-time basis, with 2-3 days weekly commitment for approximately 10 weeks. Based on your preferred days, these will be set.
Responsibilities- Improving the language understanding module by providing high-quality sentence training examples
- Updating system prompts based on client requests
- Managing and uploading voice recordings
- Testing conversational systems extensively before go-live
- Reviewing customer calls and flagging problematic conversations to the team
- Working with Software Engineers and Agent Designers to produce the best conversational UX and the highest call containment
Native/fluent Czech and/or Slovak speaker, ideally both
Professional working proficiency in English (we have an international team, but English is our shared language)
Great communicator and enjoy working in a diverse team
Meticulous with an eye for detail
Can-do attitude and high standard for own work
Passionate about great user experiences and delivering the best UX to customers
Interested in natural language understanding technologies and curious about how advanced conversational AI is changing contact centres
Preferred Requirements- Ability to work within UK working hours (minimum 4h overlap with 10am-6pm UK working day)
- Experience in natural language technologies and a rough understanding of how they work
- Experience in translation and/or linguistics
- Experience in data science and related areas
- Experience in tech industries and understanding of how the software works
- Experience in working with startups before
- Experience in jobs that involve language skills, such as linguistics, translation, scripting writing, etc.
