Job Description

Salary:

  • Starts from £37000- £40000 annual and goes up depended on experience
  • Bonus system works performance based and is depended on the revenue of the shop

What We Are Looking For:We are searching for a dynamic and motivated individual with 3-5 years of management experience, preferably within the food and hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will:

  • Set the Ambiance:Create a warm, inviting, and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that aligns with our brand and attracts customers.
  • Drive Customer Engagement:Develop strategies to increase foot traffic, retain loyal customers, and create memorable in-store experiences.
  • Boost Sales:Implement innovative marketing and operational initiatives to enhance revenue and profitability.
  • Lead the Team:Manage, inspire, and organize a dedicated team, fostering collaboration and ensuring operational excellence.
  • Ensure Organization:Establish efficient systems and processes to improve workflow, inventory management, and overall business performance.

Family-run artisan bakery from Tbilisi, Georgia serving Handmade Georgian & European dishes and pastries inNotting Hill, Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea. We believe quick, fresh, and tasty bites to eat should be an integral part of your daily life. Thats why everything you enjoy at Entrée or take out to your office or home is a fusion of locally sourced ingredients, traditional recipes, and mastery of our artful chefs.

We have started with family bakery shop and soon expended in 3 countries while serving and making impact on our customers daily. We have honour to serve tens of thousands of people per day.

Location: 9 Whistler Square, Chelsea Barracks
