The Role

As a Marketing Account Executive, you’ll support the delivery of B2B marketing campaigns and events, working closely with internal teams and clients. You’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign planning, client communications, and project coordination, helping to ensure successful outcomes across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Contribute to building successful relationships with clients, acting as the day-to-day point of contact for queries and next actions.
    • Attend regular client meetings and calls to review timelines, progress, performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for further campaign opportunities.
    • Escalate client concerns to the Account Manager or Client Lead as needed, supporting resolution processes.
    • Understand client businesses, industries, and objectives to provide input into campaigns and guidance.
    • Support the resolution of client concerns by liaising with the Account Manager or Client Lead.
    • Prepare campaign status reports, campaign performance, and key metrics for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Planning and Project Management
    • Work closely with the internal Client Team and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies and campaigns, and monitor deliverables for the client accounts you work on.
    • Support the execution of marketing and business development activities and campaigns.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions.
    • Prepare presentations, decks and reports for meetings and presentations with clients.
  • Account Team Management
    • Work closely with account teams internally, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
    • Request internal resources effectively on your accounts to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Event Management
    • Manage all aspects of event logistics to ensure smooth execution.
    • Source and coordinate venues that align with event requirements.
    • Assist in identifying and coordinating relevant speakers for events.
    • Brief designers to create engaging and effective landing pages.
    • Attend and manage the event on the day, ensuring smooth delivery and effective stakeholder management.
    • Be prepared to travel for events outside the UK as required.
    • Support the tracking of project budgets and provide updates to the Account Manager or Client Lead.
    • Assist in compiling financial updates under the guidance of the Account Manager.

Required Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or client services role, ideally within a B2B environment.
  • Exposure to event management and campaign coordination.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience working with Monday.com project management tool.
