Who are Entourage?

We’re a business development & B2B marketing agency. You can think of us as an outsourced business development and marketing department for businesses who want to win new clients and grow. Our clients range from marketing agencies to tech giants and disruptors and include household names such as Adobe, AWS, Imagination, Ogilvy and Google. Based out of our HQ Shoreditch, you’ll work on clients around the globe including UK, US, Europe, APAC and the Middle East.

The Role

This is a sales role, with targets, where you focus on outbound prospecting. You’ll be responsible for generating registrations to digital and in-person events through managing LinkedIn campaigns and utilising automation tools. Each day is different! Working in a team across a wide range of clients you’ll:

  • Generate attendees to client webinars & events.
  • Reach out to prospects through running LinkedIn digital campaigns and utilising marketing automation tools.
  • Build targeting lists on LinkedIn Sales Navigator of people who fit the target personas that our clients want to target.
  • Conduct LinkedIn outreach using a mix of direct messaging and automation to invite prospects to events or share reports and content.
  • Support the wider Business Development team on various client accounts – helping to build and nurture new business leads and relationships.

You will ideally have:

  • Target / goal oriented
  • Some form of sales / lead gen / demand gen / campaign experience
  • A self-starter / intrinsic drive
  • Experience in a target-driven role
  • Tenacity and persistence
  • A personal growth mindset

Successful candidates have previously all been able to demonstrate great interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn and develop. Time-management skills will also be extremely important, as at any one point you may be working for anywhere between 5-10 different events – all with their own targets, objectives and deadlines.

We work Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from the office 9am - 5:30pm, and Tuesdays and Fridays work from home.
