The Role
We’re looking for a confident, curious and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on outbound role where you’ll be working across 4–5 client accounts, helping them connect with their most valuable prospects. You’ll be booking cold meetings, driving ABM outreach, as well as following up on warm leads – all with the goal of sparking commercial conversations and scheduling well-qualified sales meetings. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves the buzz of outbound sales, thrives on the phone, and wants to work with world-class clients across global markets.
What you’ll be doing
- Outbound outreach via phone, LinkedIn and email to book meetings and where briefed, drive event registrations
- Build and segment prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Craft personalised outreach using insights, content and hooks that resonate with senior decision-makers
- Qualify leads and ensure meetings align with client ICPs and commercial goals
- Report on pipeline and performance with clarity and confidence
- Collaborate with internal teams including strategy, creative and comms to deliver joined-up campaigns
What we’re looking for
- 1–2 years’ experience in outbound sales, BDR, SDR or business development
- Comfortable and confident on the phone – you enjoy pitching, having conversations and qualifying leads
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Target-driven and motivated by results
- A natural relationship builder and team player
