We are seeking an exceptional Senior Client Services Manager to join our successful Talent division. This role sits at the heart of Entourage’s Talent division, responsible for the seamless management and delivery of our talent-led projects across the world, ensuring that all talent engagements are professionally managed from contracting through to delivery.

Working closely & directly with Talent, internal teams, partners and clients, the role is focused on delivering best-in-class execution across appearances, events, campaigns and partnerships. The role plays a critical part in maintaining Entourage’s reputation for professionalism, reliability and high-quality delivery, while building trusted long-term relationships with Talent and partners through consistent excellence in execution.

Note: This role is a maternity cover position with scope for future full-time opportunities, subject to business needs. Any extension or permanent role would be subject to business requirements and a separate recruitment process.

  • Talent Project Management
  • Lead the management and delivery of talent projects from contracting through to completion.
  • Act as the central point of coordination between talent, internal teams, partners and clients across multiple projects, communicating with high standards & professionalism.
  • Talent Contracting & Delivery
  • Support contract review/development processes in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Manage contract-related feedback and queries with clients and Entourage’s retained legal support.
  • Coordinate travel and produce itineraries for events, shoots, appearances and professional commitments with the wider Talent Delivery & Fulfilment team.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered seamlessly, professionally and in line with agreed terms.
  • Manage and oversee internal processes across talent delivery, including invoicing and the monitoring of all incoming & outgoing payments alongside the finance team.
  • Partnership & Relationship Management
  • Manage ongoing talent partnerships and day-to-day relationships.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for talent across professional commitments.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication between talent, Entourage and commercial partners.
  • Support long-term partnership development through consistently high-quality delivery.
  • Accompany and manage Talent across their commitments, appearances and shoots globally.
  • Support and/or lead delivery and management of Entourage work pre, during and post events.

Fluent in English is essential, and either Portuguese or Spanish is desirable. Strong organisational and project management skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to manage logistics and international projects. Flexible to work outside of traditional working hours when required. Willing and able to travel internationally at short notice. Strong communication and relationship management skills. Experience working with Talent or high-profile individuals. Exposure to contract processes and commercial negotiations. Possess the right to work in the UK and a passport that requires international travel with no restrictions.
