The Role
You will manage your own roster of UHNW clients, delivering complex international travel planning and high-level concierge services with discretion, precision, and commercial awareness.
This is a relationship-led role requiring confidence, sound judgement, and deep luxury travel expertise.
- Designing and booking complex, multi-destination international itineraries
- Securing preferred access to luxury hotels, private villas, yachts and private aviation
- Acting as primary point of contact for UHNW principals and family offices
- Producing polished, client-ready proposals independently
- Managing high-value, time-sensitive requests with calm professionalism
- Developing and maintaining strong global supplier relationships
- CRM management and accurate invoicing
- Mentoring junior team members
- Contributing proactively to client retention and revenue growth
What We Are Looking For
This is not an entry-level concierge role. We are seeking someone polished, experienced and comfortable operating at the highest levels of service.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience within luxury travel, private concierge or UHNW lifestyle management
- Proven experience servicing UHNW clients directly, delivering not just premium, but emotionally resonant experiences
- Strong global luxury accommodation and intentional experience knowledge
- Exceptional written and verbal English – able to draft refined, client-ready proposals without supervision
- Highly organised, discreet and solutions-focused
- Commercially aware with strong relationship management skills
- Confident operating within a fast‑paced, international team
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems
