We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and highly organised Lifestyle Manager to join our growing team as the company continues to expand internationally. The successful candidate will support their own roster of UHNWI clients with all concierge and travel requests at Entourage Collection. Comprised of Entourage Concierge, Travel, Events, and Projects, Entourage Collection was born from the desire to enhance, enrich, and curate the greatest experiences and opportunities available in the world for our clients. With over 15 years of experience catering to the world’s most discerning clientele, our philosophy is and will remain “the sky is no longer the limit”.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and booking premium travel services at the best possible rates including hotels, villas, yachts, jets, dining reservations and more;
  • Organising a vast range of concierge requests that can include daily tasks (i.e. finding private tutors, premium event ticket sourcing, or booking home maintenance) to researching private islands, sourcing luxury items, working with interior designers etc.
  • Carrying out research and creating bespoke client presentations;
  • Serving as the primary contact for high-priority and high-profile clients, developing strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met to the highest standards.
  • Event and Project management assistance;
  • Liaising with suppliers and researching new suppliers and contacts;
  • Attending industry events with suppliers to maintain and grow the profile of the company;
  • Invoice preparation for clients;
  • Proactive planning and thought leadership;
  • CRM management for your roster of clients and suppliers;
  • Close collaboration with the wider lifestyle management team;
  • Training the juniors in the lifestyle team to enable their growth.

What we require from you:

  • Superlative client relations skills and deliver outstanding customer service;
  • Discretion is key to this role;
  • The ability to anticipate needs and to proactively suggest ideas and experiences to clients they might like or need;
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and time-management skills;
  • To be creative and flexible;
  • The ability to work in a team and independently;
  • Enthusiasm and confidence in the ability to multi-task under pressure;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (Fluency in English is a must);
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, Outlook, Word, Excel, Keynote;
  • Keen interest in travel and lifestyle management;
  • Experience/interest in social media and Xero a plus;
  • Previous PA/EA, concierge, or related lifestyle industry experience of minimum 2-5 years.
