We are now looking for an exceptional Global Events Manager to join our London team and help shape the next stage of this growth.
The Role This is a highly client-facing role with responsibility for taking events from initial brief and concept development through to production, on-site delivery, and post-event review.
You will combine creative thinking with strong operational delivery, commercial awareness, and exceptional attention to detail.
You will be confident managing senior clients, venues, suppliers, and production partners, and comfortable leading multiple moving parts across different markets.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the end-to-end planning and delivery of corporate, enterprise, and luxury brand events in the UK and internationally.
Developing event concepts, programming, and guest experiences aligned with client objectives, audience, and brand positioning.
Acting as a key client contact throughout the event lifecycle, building trusted relationships and providing proactive, solutions-focused counsel.
Managing event budgets, project timelines, venues, suppliers, production agencies, and specialist partners.
Leading on-site event delivery, maintaining oversight of production, suppliers, client requirements, and the overall guest experience.
Working confidently with production partners across areas including staging, technical production, AV, entertainment, branding, and event infrastructure where required.
Conducting venue and supplier site visits in the UK and internationally.
