The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Events Manager to lead our global events team and oversee the delivery of exceptional events for UHNW members, corporate clients, and luxury brands. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on management – guiding a team worldwide while ensuring every project meets the highest standards of creativity, precision, and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Inspire a Global Team – Manage and mentor events executives across regions, ensuring seamless collaboration and excellence in delivery.
- Client Relationship Management – Act as the primary contact for key clients, understanding their vision and building lasting partnerships.
- End-to-End Event Delivery – Oversee planning, budgets, supplier partnerships, and execution of high-profile luxury events globally.
- Vendor & Partner Management – Maintain and expand a network of premium suppliers and venues, negotiating the best outcomes for clients.
- On-Site Leadership – Represent Entourage at events worldwide, ensuring flawless execution and quick resolution of any issues.
About You
- Proven track record in luxury event management, preferably with UHNW clients and luxury brands.
- Experience leading and motivating geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to anticipate needs and exceed expectations.
- Commercially astute, highly organised, and comfortable managing complex budgets.
- Flexible, discreet, and willing to travel internationally.
