The predicted salary is between 12 - 13 £ per hour.
These roles are created due to a new opportunity with our client BAM (known as EGL2). BAM are based in the outskirts of Boddum, Peterhead, Aberdeenshire where Entier will provide a catering service to the personnel onsite within the welfare facility.
Position 1 – 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11.30am to 3.30pm
Position 2 – 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 7.30am to 2.30pm

Main responsibilities of the role are:
- Assist with the preparation of services offered and the serving of all meals and branded beverages to customers, always ensuring great customer service.
- Using the EPOS till, serve customers and cash up at the end of service.
- Ensure that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy, assisting with waste removal and washing up.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are always followed.
- Complete any administration as requested including food temperatures, wastage and cleaning schedules.
- Assisting in the effective management of stock and portion control.
- Assist with stores and deliveries when they arrive in a prompt manner.
- Be able to comply with legislation and follow all rules and regulations and unit policy statements, with regard to uniform, personal hygiene, health and safety.
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Previous experience working within a fast-paced catering environment is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Motivated team player with a can-do attitude.
