Entier Ltd are currently accepting applications for Adhoc Stewards, Adhoc Chefs, and Adhoc Night Cook Bakers. These positions are for a duration of six months and will involve working across various offshore units mobilising from multiple locations throughout the UK.
At Entier, we are proud to deliver exceptional quality and service to our customers while working at our onshore and offshore sites, or when we are catering and delivering our bespoke events. As a member of the Entier family, you must be passionate about delivering a high level of customer service and be motivated to deliver exceptional quality and standards on behalf of the company.
Although no previous offshore experience is required, you must have experience of working in a fast-paced environment while having the ability to remain professional and calm throughout.
Applicants must already hold:
- Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training (BOSIET)
- Further Offshore Emergency Training (FOET)
- Compressed Air Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS)
- Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST)
- OGUK Medical (including Food handlers' assessment)
- Bideltoid Measurements (Shoulder Measurement)
Chef / Night Cook Baker should hold a minimum certification of Professional Cookery SVQ/NVQ Level 2 and have relevant experience of working in a professional kitchen setting.
Offshore rotations are often irregular to meet with operational requirements and will vary in length up to 21 days. Hours of work will vary depending on assignment but will be 12 hours per shift (nightshift or day shift).
The Adhoc Chef / Night Cook Baker position attracts a day rate of £288.37 or £321.21 (depending on role undertaken). The Adhoc Steward position attracts a day rate of £261.08. All positions will mobilise from Aberdeen or Norwich (or other UK location as specified by the company). A contribution towards your travel/accommodation will be made each time you mobilise.
