Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll drive how we bring new products and features to market, ensuring every launch is clearly positioned, compellingly communicated, and delivers real impact for customers and growth for Enthuse.
- How you’ll contribute
- Product marketing content
- Own all product marketing material creation from competitor overviews, to product marketing slides, website content, social activation, product demos and more.
- Create personas for different audiences based on market research and data.
- Create message houses for product launches to ensure messaging is consistent, communicates our USPs and appeals to our target audience.
- Present collateral to the sales team and be on hand to answer any questions.
- Work with the Product Director to deliver training on new product launches for the Sales team.
- Coordinate with the content team to deliver customer references - from beta launch testimonials to full video case studies.
- Pay high attention to detail and work with the content team to create compelling and persuasive content

- Play a key role in product marketing cross-functional squads.
Collaborate with other senior team members and make other teams accountable for getting the launch done on time, on budget and to a high standard.
- Coordinate with teams to set the timeline for product launches and work closely with the marketing teams to ensure a clear roll out plan to customers, as well as paid media plan and organic activation is planned and revenue targets are hit.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to identify detailed features of products and understand the customer benefits.
- Collaborate closely with the senior team to create pricing strategies.
- Conduct data analysis and research
- Look at revenue from existing customers and calculate how to make our products sticky and help drive adoption across multiple solutions.
- Monitor results of product launches and provide executive reports on lessons learned.
- Assist the leadership team with research into new product strategies and areas of growth to expand our total addressable market.
About you
- Experience as a Product Marketing Manager in a rapidly changing, growth environment.
- Demonstrable experience in creating product marketing materials (specifically competitive overviews, sales slides and landing pages) and a portfolio/example of work for reference.
- Experience in the delivery of product launches (new products, not just features).
- An ability to translate complex functionality into easy-to-understand messaging.
- Experience investigating new product growth opportunities (e. g. upsell, new market opps).
- Experience collaborating with senior members of staff.
- Experience in creating user personas and understanding the requirements of creating them.
- An ability to produce actionable insights from data.
- You enjoy working autonomously. You will work within a supportive environment but will likely be curious and a self-starter.
