This range is provided by enthrive Ltd. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range 60k-70k base + bonus and market leading benefits package Hampshire / hybrid working.

My client is a well established, global manufacturer and owner of household brands within the "high end" market of innovative cookware/kitchenware. They have a major global presence, with a strong foothold in over 60 countries, supplying to all leading high street and online retailers across the UK.

The successful Head of Marketing will be responsible for shaping and championing the brand’s strategic vision ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation in seasoning and kitchenware. You will have experience in translating consumer insight into compelling brand storytelling, campaigns, and experiences; the role drives brand awareness, preference, and loyalty. Working cross-functionally with local marketing teams, product development, sales, and commercial teams, the Head of Marketing ensures brand strategy directly supports revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term business objectives.

About you:

  • 8+ years in senior marketing leadership roles within global or multi‑market consumer goods organisations.
  • Proven experience managing global brand identity, content creation, and social media ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success launching NPD and delivering global activation toolkits.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing large budgets and forecasting.
  • Expertise in influencer marketing, content strategy, and digital ecosystem management.
  • Skilled in consumer insights, analytics, and data‑informed decision‑making.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
