We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to coordinate all our engineers and contractors on the many projects we manage. This is ideal for someone who enjoys being busy and can keep all the plates spinning, able to reprioritise with excellent organisational skills.
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Project Managers, ensuring efficient coordination and delivery of projects.
- Manage all project documentation and document control processes, including O&M manuals, RAMS, compliance records, certificates, and version-controlled project files.
- Coordinate resource planning, scheduling, and job allocation for internal engineers and subcontractors, maintaining accurate live records within CRM and project management systems.
- Maintain project programmes, task tracking, critical path activities, and reporting systems to ensure accurate project monitoring and delivery oversight.
- Raise and manage Works Orders, subcontractor invoices, timesheets, overtime records, and associated approval workflows in line with company procedures.
- Coordinate defect resolution, remedial works, and project-to-service handovers, ensuring effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- Support the wider Projects Department with administrative, operational, and process-driven responsibilities to maintain high standards of project delivery and compliance.
- Adhoc administrative duties as required.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- 2 years experience in Project Coordination.
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Experience of using online based software systems; Field Service Management (FSM), Project Management Tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Experience in M&E or Construction industry will be favourable.
- Previous experience of scheduling.
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and projects.
- Detail orientated approach.

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours of work: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (based in office)
Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays per annum (increasing annually to a maximum of 25 after 5 years)
