We are a long-standing family-run business who are an industry leader in providing Fire, Security, Reception and Data system solutions. We are looking for an experienced Life Safety Engineer to join our energetic team of engineers and contractors on our projects in some of London's most prominent residential developments.
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, service and maintain Fire Alarm Systems, Evacuation Alert Systems, smoke/heat detectors, call points, aspirating systems, Emergency Voice Communication (EVC) Systems, Disabled Refuge Systems, sounder beacon systems, Toilet Alarm Systems on high-rise developments and in occupied residential or commercial buildings.
- Ensure all installations and maintenance activities comply with relevant British Standards and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- ECS or CSCS Card.
- Manufacturer training (preferred) Apollo, Apollo Advanced, C-Tec, Comelit.
- IPAF and/or PASMA (Desired).
- Minimum of 3 years experience working within the Fire Safety Industry.
- Solid experience installing, servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm, Evacuation Alert, Emergency Voice Communication and Toilet Alarm systems.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Manual Handling.
- Full UK driving licence and Right to Work in the UK.
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE - overtime and bonus opportunities.
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
