Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in Fire & Security or MEP and are looking for your next challenge? Role duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver a diverse range of Fire & Security / ELV services across high-rise new build projects and occupied residential developments
- Exposure to high-rise residential projects and occupied housing environments
- Opportunity to lead and take ownership of complex projects from pre-start to final account
- Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and full commercial lifecycle: valuations, variations, payment applications, final accounts, notices, and contractual correspondence and compliance
- Able to independently manage cost control, P&L reporting, cash flow forecasting, and commercial administration
- Experience coordinating procurement and overseeing subcontractor and supply chain performance
- A solid understanding of health & safety, CDM regulations, and project compliance requirements
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the Fire & Security, Electrical, or MEP sectors
- Previously lead complex projects from pre-start to final account
- A solid understanding of H & S, CDM regulations and project compliance requirements
- Proficient user of MS Office Suite especially Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio and familiar with project/CRM platforms
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Variable) site or office based.
