Help decide whether the AI entering the NHS is actually safe - paid, remote, on your schedule. Medical AI is being deployed across UK healthcare faster than anyone is checking it.

EnterTheLoop is building the UK's independent clinical evaluation layer: the UK-owned standard for testing whether AI used in healthcare is safe, accurate, and aligned with UK guidelines. We do it by putting real clinical judgement back in the loop - UK-registered clinicians review the outputs of leading AI systems and decide whether they hold up. We're now expanding the network.

  • Review AI-generated clinical outputs against UK guidance — NICE, BNF, Royal College and BMJ Best Practice standards
  • Help record the 'grey areas' where experienced clinicians reasonably disagree — the nuance textbooks leave out
  • Work entirely remotely, around your existing clinical commitments

UK-registered clinicians on the GMC, NMC, GPhC or HCPC register, including:

  • Doctors — consultant, registrar, SAS and SHO grades
  • Nurses
  • Pharmacists
  • Allied health professionals — physiotherapists, occupational therapists, paramedics and others

When evaluation roles are available, you'll be paid per task at competitive rates benchmarked against UK clinical advisory work. Between paid evaluation projects, you can contribute your clinical judgement to help build high-quality clinical AI datasets and share in remuneration when those datasets generate commercial value.

The work is fully remote and flexible, designed to fit around clinical shifts. Most contributors do a few focused hours a week, not a second job. You'll receive structured training that sharpens how you evaluate clinical AI, reason through model outputs, and identify safety-critical weaknesses.

Most importantly, you'll play a genuine role in shaping how AI is safely adopted in UK healthcare: building public-good infrastructure that is UK-governed, clinician-led, and designed to keep clinical value here. Once you're verified against your professional register and complete calibration training, you can start picking up paid evaluation work.
