We’re looking for a proactive and detail driven Sales Assistant to support our Account Managers and keep the sales pipeline running smoothly. If you love staying organized, supporting a busy team, and delivering outstanding service, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Support Account Managers with customer communication, scheduling, admin and reports.
- Prepare and send quotations using CRM and job management systems.
- Track open quotes and orders, updating customers, suppliers, and the team.
- Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to keep deliveries on track.
- Maintain accurate customer files including quotes, POs and delivery notes.
- Check supplier invoices, timesheets and expenses for accuracy.
- Assist with repair and warranty admin alongside Engineering and Service teams.
- Handle customer and supplier enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, surveys and installation dates.
- Help prepare monthly commission and sales reports.
- Work with Finance on deposits, invoices and outstanding payments.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in a busy office or sales support role.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Great attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Confidence using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Industry experience in AV, events or technology is helpful but not essential.
Working Conditions
- Office environment (Tring).
- Mostly desk based.
- Occasional light lifting under 25 lbs.
