We are seeking an experienced Events Manager - Client Partnerships & Business Development with a strong background in live events and a proven ability to generate revenue. This role requires someone who understands live production environments and can translate that knowledge into commercially successful partnerships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Strategic Client Growth: Develop and execute a focused business development strategy targeting agencies, corporate planners, producers, and experiential partners.
- Revenue Generation: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from introduction through to closing.
- Live Events Expertise: Use hands-on live events experience to lead informed, credible conversations around production, technical delivery, budgets, timelines, and onsite execution.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers across agencies, corporate event teams, and creative partners.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Present Pixl's creative and technical solutions in a way that aligns with client objectives, offering strategic input rather than transactional sales.
- Industry Engagement: Actively network within the events community, including industry associations, trade shows, and peer events.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on pipeline management, forecasting, and account development.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience within live events, production, experiential, or technical event delivery.
- Demonstrated sales or business development success within the events sector.
- Strong understanding of event budgets, scopes, timelines, and supplier management.
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Established industry network preferred.
