We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in live events and a proven ability to generate revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic Client Growth: Develop and execute a focused business development strategy targeting agencies, corporate planners, producers, and experiential partners.
  • Revenue Generation: Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from introduction through to closing.
  • Live Events Expertise: Use your hands‑on live events experience to lead informed, credible conversations around production, technical delivery, budgets, timelines, and onsite execution.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers across agencies, corporate event teams, and creative partners.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Present Pixl’s creative and technical solutions in a way that aligns with client objectives, offering strategic input rather than transactional sales.
  • Industry Engagement: Actively network within the events community, including industry associations, trade shows, and peer events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on pipeline management, forecasting, and account development.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience within live events, production, experiential, or technical event delivery.
  • Demonstrated sales or business development success within the events sector.
  • Strong understanding of event budgets, scopes, timelines, and supplier management.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
  • Established industry network preferred.
