Heathrow Rewards is a free-to-join loyalty program designed to offer passengers and airport employees a range of exciting benefits. Members can earn valuable points across experiences from parking and pre-booked tickets to shopping, dining, and lounge access all within Heathrow airport.
As the Loyalty and Partnerships Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Heathrow’s loyalty proposition and strategy. You’ll curate and manage Heathrow Rewards content, while driving impactful campaigns across CRM and other marketing channels. Your expertise will expand the programme’s reach and enhance the passenger journey by fostering meaningful partnerships, acquiring new members, and introducing fresh, innovative loyalty opportunities. This role offers the chance to contribute to both growing Heathrow’s commercial success and creating unforgettable experiences for travelers from around the globe.
Your role will involve
- Partnering with the Senior Product Manager to support loyalty program strategy development and execution
- Maintaining a calendar of campaigns and communications
- Managing creative briefing process for external agencies, providing input into creative assets and writing copy for internally produced campaigns
- Developing partnership initiatives to engage the existing base and acquire new members
- Managing and maintaining reporting framework to measure and communicate campaign performance
- Providing knowledge on emerging loyalty program innovation to internal and external audiences
These Skills Are Essential
- Experience in working within or managing a Loyalty program including partnership management/acquisition
- Experience within direct marketing, CRM, Loyalty or other similar fields (operational or consultative roles)
- Experience of writing briefs and managing day to day relationships with external agencies and technology partners
- A good knowledge of the Data Protection Act, and other data collection and processing legislation and best practice
- Experience of CRM & Loyalty technology platforms

Working Location
Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing flexibility while ensuring we deliver for Heathrow’s operational needs. Working arrangements vary by team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
