Job Description

In this role, you will develop and deliver awareness programmes, training and campaigns that transform compliance into confidence, fostering instinctive secure behaviour across the organisation. Your work will directly reduce risk, strengthen resilience and embed security into every level of our operations.

Your role will involve

  • Assess human cyber risks and develop targeted awareness programmes.
  • Create and deliver security training, communications and campaigns that inspire behavioural change.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organisation to embed a cyber‑security culture.
  • Promote employee engagement and foster secure instincts beyond compliance.
  • Monitor campaign impact using metrics and continuous improvement.
  • Update awareness initiatives in line with emerging threats and best practices.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in cyber‑security risk management or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to provide cyber‑security guidance across design, implementation and ongoing controls.
  • Experience managing third‑party providers supporting employee training.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrable experience in technical training, awareness programmes or marketing communications.
  • Solid understanding of operational and IT risks.
  • Degree in IT, Communications, Marketing, Psychology or related fields (or equivalent experience).

Desired Certifications

CRMA, CISA or CISSP.
