Entertainers is one of the UK’s leading live event promoters, ranked in the top 10 in the UK and top 40 globally, delivering touring productions to hundreds of venues nationwide. We’re looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the technical and production delivery of our touring portfolio. This is an office-based role, five days per week, with travel as required.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Technical and Operations Director, you’ll oversee the planning and delivery of productions from initial preparation through to live touring. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading technical delivery across multiple touring productions
  • Creating and maintaining technical riders
  • Managing show advancing and venue technical liaison
  • Overseeing production standards, show builds and technical setups
  • A knowledge of RAMS, health & safety compliance and safe working practices
  • Supporting and developing the technical team and freelance crew
  • Coordinating technical logistics, equipment, transport and suppliers
  • Working with Operations on routing, scheduling and tour feasibility
  • Attending shows where required and resolving live production issues

About You

You’ll have:

  • Production or technical management experience within live events or touring
  • Strong knowledge of theatre and touring environments
  • An understanding of UK health & safety requirements
  • Experience advancing shows and working directly with venues
  • Experience managing teams, freelancers and suppliers
  • Strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple productions at once
  • A practical, solutions-focused approach and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Full UK driving licence
