Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Weekend Sales Assistant to join our Jersey store on a part‑time, temporary basis. This role is essential to our continued success, providing outstanding customer service and supporting daily store operations during busy weekend periods. If you enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast‑paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to advise customers and help them find the perfect toys and games.
  • Operate the till efficiently and accurately, handling cash and card transactions.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and keeping the store neat and inviting.
  • Support the team during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and store policies at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
