Job Purpose
Working at our Head Office in Amersham you will be working in a busy Branch Merchandising team within our Trading function. In this entry level role, you will be supporting an Assistant Branch Merchandiser (ABM) and will be responsible for helping the team to optimise our various channel and store network stock levels. This will include helping the ABM to review sales and stock forecasts and to help execute stock balancing activities.
You will be a great team player, who is enthusiastic, self-driven and quick to learn. You will also be confident analysing data and confident around numbers. Experience working in a stock/retail focused administration role will also be an advantage. You will enjoy the cut and thrust of trade and possess a natural ability to build strong working relationships in order to deliver a first-class service to our channels.

Responsibilities
· Prepare and maintain various reports in a timely manner, on a weekly basis, to ensure that the data is accurate.
· Supporting ABM to manage stock flow, ensuring optimal availability across each channel and highlighting issues and opportunities.
· Assist with store performance analysis to ensure optimal stock levels.
· Assist with the monitoring of key products/never out of stock lines and collaborate with Merchandising & Buying.
