Our stores will be open 7 days a week so you will need to be able to support us at the weekends including Sundays.
As a Night Stock Assistant, your duties will include:
- Working through a consistant heavy workload, which will see deliveries each night of the week.
- Breaking down high volume of pallets nightly and then working the resulting high volume of delivery stock onto shop floor and racking away overs correctly in an upstairs stockroom.
- Replenishing sections from the stockroom and merchandising when needed to fill gaps that werent filled from delivery stock.
- Pricing, tagging and price sweep compliance.
- Adhearing to promotional set up guidelines/planograms when merchandising
- Keeping a clean and tidy working environment .
- Being a strong team player that has a strong work ethic and good self motivational skills.
- Starting on a 20 hour contract for a week, you will learn the role before transitioning to night shift patterns, with hours per week of 37.5. When on 37.5 hours per week you would typically start work at 10pm or 11pm at night and work through till the next morning. Having a flexible approach and a commitment to help the store operate, it is key for this role that you are able to work these hours.

- You will need to commit to work the entire night shift duration which varies from 2 to 9 weeks depending on the store.
- Your final night shift will end on the morning of Thursday 24th December
- Getting to and from the store safely, at any time, is your responsibility, and you will need to travel outside of work hours
- If you have any other paid work or volunteering that could be affected, you may need to reconsider - you will need to make sure you are able to get plenty of rest in between shifts
