We’re now looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Vehicle Quality Assessor to join our Flex-E-Rent team at our West London Depot in Iver.

What Division will I be working in?

Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Auditing check-in and damage inspections of vehicles arriving at the depot.
  • Inspecting vehicles and ancillary equipment (e.g., tail lifts).
  • Reporting faults or damage to management for workshop review.
  • Conducting spot checks to ensure high standards for vehicles going on hire.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle status.
  • Ensuring outgoing vehicles match requested specifications.
  • Supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Full UK / Irish / EU Manual Driving Licence.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Organisational skills.
  • Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references).
  • In accordance with current government guidelines, we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role as the role does not appear on the Home Office list of RQF Level 6 roles approved for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker system.
