At Enterprise Mobility, we operate one of the UK’s most diverse and dynamic vehicle fleets and we’re offering an exciting opportunity to join our Flex-E-Rent division as an Apprentice Paint Technician at our Southampton Mill Lane depot. This is a 3-year programme commencing August 2026 which will lead to a Level 3 Vehicle Damage Paint Technician Apprenticeship.

What Division Will I Be Working In?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.
Responsibilities
- Carry out high-quality vehicle body repairs and paintwork to manufacturer standards.
- Work efficiently to meet productivity targets using Thatcham repair times.
- Complete all job-related paperwork clearly and on time. Your attention to detail helps keep everything running smoothly.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in our well-equipped workshop.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm for the industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
- GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade 4-9) or equivalent.
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a security check (criminality and financial background).
