Responsibilities
We are hiring for immediate openings in our Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll learn our business from day one while based at one of our branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master skills to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.
In our hands-on environment, you will receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You will also engage with the community to build essential relationships. We will teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture encourages friendly competition, critical for growth and success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor\’s degree required.
- At least 6 months of experience or involvement in sales, customer service, leadership, military, athletics, or community organizations.
- Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (points cannot exceed 8).
- No recent drug or alcohol-related driving convictions.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
