We’re Enterprise Mobility. A family-owned, global mobility leader with a $39 billion turnover, nearly 90,000 team members, and operations in 95 countries. We’re looking for passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Exotic Car Division in the Runcorn area. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a premium brand and deliver exceptional service to customers renting high-end vehicles for their travel needs.

As a Customer Assistant Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction is smooth, professional, and memorable. You’ll assist customers both in person and over the phone, while also providing essential administrative support. The role requires flexibility, with shifts available across seven days a week between 8am-6pm. You’ll be contracted for 45 hours per week, working on a rotating shift pattern that includes weekends. Flexibility with working days and times is essential to meet business needs, and occasional overnight stays may be required due to the geographical area covered.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in all processes.
  • Represent the brand professionally at all times.
  • Drive vehicles up to and including 7.5 tonnes and ensure they are well maintained, damage free and safe to drive.
  • Deliver and collect a variety of vehicles in keeping with the category of your licence entitlement.
  • Inspect and assist in ensuring vehicles are kept to an exceptionally high standard to provide outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect all vehicles upon delivery and collection to ensure that any defects or damage is recorded, agreed, and signed for by the customer.
  • Secure company assets and premises at times, for example rental branch location, fuel card etc.
  • Record and store expenses whilst working away.
  • Complete all necessary handover documents via Launchpad/tablet technology or paperwork, ensuring that all details are correct and accurate.
  • Take reasonable care of your own health and safety, and to take reasonable care not to put other people at risk by what you do or don’t do in the course of your work.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
