Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by confidently handling reservations, resolving enquiries and building rapport with a diverse range of customers.
- Connect with local business partners, grow your network and develop lasting relationships.
- Understand financial mechanics, including cost control and interpreting profit and loss statements.
- Manage a fleet, plan strategically and drive performance.
- Mentor, train and develop your own team, with the opportunity to manage and promote others.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred; professional experience may be substituted if applicable.
- Full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations available for disabled applicants).
- No drug or alcohol‑related offence on driving record within the last five years.
