Additional Information:
Location: Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (Plenty of free on site parking and approx. 15 minutes walk from Egham station).
Hours: 40 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility required to support business needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and support a team of three Receptionists, ensuring a professional and efficient front-of-house operation.
- Manage the organisation's switchboard, handling incoming calls promptly and directing enquiries appropriately.
- Welcome visitors and guests, providing a professional first impression and directing them to the relevant departments or meeting locations.
- Build effective working relationships with employees, visitors and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Maintain accurate security and visitor records, including visitor logs, access passes and vehicle permits.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, deliveries and inter-office correspondence.
- Liaise with security personnel, housekeeping teams and external contractors to support the smooth day-to-day running of the site.
- Maintain and regularly update reception procedures, documentation and operational guidelines.
- Provide facilities management support, assisting with workplace and office-related activities as required.
- Oversee the ordering, stock control and distribution of office consumables, including stationery, first aid supplies, security items and kitchen provisions.
- Manage and maintain company-wide contact databases, ensuring organisational information remains accurate and up to date.
- Act as a Fire Marshal and support emergency evacuation procedures (training provided)
- Carry out a range of administrative tasks and provide wider business support as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Prior experience supervising, coaching or supporting team members within an office or customer-facing environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliable, adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and busy working environment.
- Strong ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
