We’re currently seeking a home‑based Customer Service Representative to join our Enterprise Car Club helpdesk. ECC Helpdesk is a technical support team for our Car Club Members. We provide 24/7 mobility support to ensure service excellence for a smooth automated rental experience. The role is a permanent full‑time 40‑hour‑per‑week position with a salary of £26,900 per annum. It is fully home‑based, providing 24/7 support to ECC customers. The position involves working night shifts scheduled between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM, up to five shifts per week across Monday to Sunday, with some flexibility required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to Car Club members primarily by telephone, email, and chat
  • Resolve helpdesk queries relating to member accounts in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Provide technical support to members
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and internal processes
  • Use initiative and decision‑making skills to perform a variety of duties

Key (minimum) Requirements – Personal:

  • Working 8‑hour shifts 5 days a week, Monday‑Sunday
  • Must operate a Windows device and be able to hard‑wire connect to your router (Wi‑Fi not permitted)
  • Must provide a suitable home‑office environment free from noise and distractions (desk and ergonomic chair required)
  • Strong PC skills and technical aptitude
