Enterprise Driver Recruitment & Transport Training is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment and Training Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to step beyond a traditional recruitment role and become a true one-stop shop for clients supporting both their temporary driver recruitment needs and their transport training requirements.

About Us

  • We are market leaders in transport training across the UK.
  • Delivering 15% of all Driver CPC training nationwide (1 in every 7 drivers trains with us).
  • Training approximately 15% of ADR drivers and 12% of Dangerous Goods Safety Advisors.
  • Training around 750 Transport Managers each year.

The Role

  • Manage and develop client relationships across recruitment and training services.
  • Supply temporary driver labour to clients.
  • Promote and sell transport training solutions.
  • Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
  • Drive revenue growth across both recruitment and training streams.
