We’re looking for an experienced Golang Engineer who thrives in a modern, cloud-driven environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges. This is a fully remote role within the UK, offering the autonomy, flexibility, and trust that senior engineers value — alongside a collaborative team and meaningful technical ownership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing, building, and maintaining high-performance services using Go (Golang)
- Working across distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Contributing to technical decisions, architecture discussions, and best-practice engineering
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions
- Writing clean, testable, maintainable code with a focus on performance and resilience
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years’ commercial engineering experience, with strong hands-on Go expertise
- Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong grasp of CI/CD, testing, and modern DevOps practices
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote-first setup
