Join a leading global insurance and financial services organisation as an International Payroll Coordinator, supporting payroll operations across EMEA and APAC.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with payroll experience who is looking to develop their expertise within a complex international payroll environment. Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance and Tax teams, you'll help ensure accurate, compliant and timely payroll delivery across multiple countries.

  • Support payroll operations across multiple EMEA and APAC countries, including the UK, Ireland and Singapore
  • Assist with payroll inputs including new hires, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, allowances and statutory payments
  • Review payroll reports and investigate data discrepancies to ensure payroll accuracy
  • Support payroll reconciliations, audit checks and validation activities
  • Maintain payroll data integrity across iiPay, Workday and related systems
  • Support employee lifecycle payroll activities including onboarding, transfers, leave management and terminations
  • Respond to payroll-related employee queries and provide excellent stakeholder support
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities, statutory reporting and tax documentation
  • Support payroll processes relating to international assignments, expatriates and global mobility arrangements
  • Contribute to payroll process improvements, testing and operational excellence initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous experience within Payroll
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, reconciliations and data analysis
  • Understanding of payroll concepts including earnings, deductions, taxes and statutory payments
  • Experience working with payroll systems, HRIS platforms or enterprise systems
  • Exposure to Workday, iiPay or international payroll environments would be advantageous
  • A collaborative mindset and desire to build expertise in international payroll operations
