What Division Will I Be Working In?
Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle division, providing flexible vehicle solutions from single vehicles to fleets of 1,000+ across the UK. With a 50,000+ UK fleet and backing from Enterprise Mobility (2 million vehicles globally), we deliver reliable, scalable solutions to businesses nationwide.

Working Hours:
Wednesday: 12:30–17:30
Thursday: 08:00–17:30
Friday: 08:00–17:30
23 hours per week
Flexibility required for holiday/sickness cover (≥5 weeks/year)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage front desk operations, calls, and visitor experience
- Handle post, couriers, and hotel bookings
- Order and reconcile consumables, uniforms, and invoices
- Maintain contact lists, manuals, fire safety logs & book training courses
- Support admin tasks: emails, scanning, invoicing, staff communications
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations

- Strong organisation and admin skills
- Basic IT skills (including Excel)
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
